Moon Wizard: The Story

3 friends for a decade coming from black/death metal roots wanted to try something new with a doom/stoner heavy vibe that we can add our own flair to. Aaron, Joe and Ashton set out and recorded our first self-titled album in 2018, feeling like we had finally discovered our sound we made the decision to add female vocals to complete it. In comes Sami Wolf from Chicago IL in the Spring of 2020. The album “The Night Harvest” was recorded in Fall of 2020 and released around the same time, receiving great praise and solidified our excitement for the future of the band. We are currently working on our 3rd record which will be a 4 song EP yet to be titled.

In our personal life other than music we all have a variety of hobbies between reading, video games, meditation, nature, and movies.
